I am renting here all the time and every time am greeted by very welcoming and professional staff. They explain everything which is needed to know and often treat the loyal customers with an upgrade. Especially Harman always goes above and beyond to give you a good rental experience but also his collegues, never had a bad experience here. Sixt is by far my preferred rental company in Germany.

I've booked a rental car here and it was a great experience. Mr. Harman was very helpful, explained every detail of the contract and made the process super smooth. They provide clear directions to the parking lot for picking up the car, which is very close by. The car was very new, clean and in great condition, it was a pleasure to drive.We afterwards returned it at Munich Airport and the process was very easy, just leave it where indicated by the signs and the employees will take care of everything. I liked that Sixt offers the all inclusive insurance so you don't have to worry about anything at all. I'd definitely choose them again.

Harman was very knowledgeable, fluent in English, and explained to me all the fun details of the car I was renting during pickup, even going so far as to change the car’s setting to English for me despite being in Germany.
