@comcast No, no issues. I called yesterday and they couldn’t do anything to help me because I have my own router/modem. I think that is BS, because I had excellent internet 3-4 weeks ago and the past 2 weeks have been unbearable. Nothing at my apartment has changed.

Hey @Xfinity @comcast— awesome the steps you’re taking to keep people connected. However, as a loyal 3+ year customer who just got charged more than double what I should have been charged and a 1.5 hour wait time for customer service. I am EXTREMELY frustrated and disappointed.

@IGN Was it included or did you have to subscribe to it separately? That kind of stuff does fast. Why not just include it in a basic cable package and throw a little promo at it? I watch Comcast cable daily and never even knew about this.
