@sacco_john @wpialsportsnews It’s a crock of sh*t!! No way in hell the ACC Network should not be available to us on Comcast Xfinity. The kind of season Pitt is having in 19-20 shouldn’t be missed in the Tri-state, but it is being missed!! We want ACC, not PAC-12

So once again I cant watch @Pitt_MBB bc @Xfinity cant figure out how to get the @accnetwork They have the pac12, big10, sec networks. I cant imagine the price tag is that outrageous that they cant figure it out. Pretty soon they will lose another customer

@comcast you guys stink. I’m going back to directv after my contract is up. Sick of my channels not working all the time. First it was espn. Now it’s ATT Sports net. Can’t even watch my local game. #pathetic

@Xfinity @comcast My Cable/Video services have been offline since Friday morning, anytime I call the automated service tells me an agent can not assist me and won’t let me through... I’d love to know what’s happening and when we can expect our services to return.

Been on hold for 20 minutes after I was supposed to get a call back in a few minutes from @comcast customer service and never did. Over 20 years as a customer and a bill that only continues to go up. This is ridiculous.

We switched to gigabit FIOS about a month ago. Before we left, I called @Xfinity @comcast (2002-2019) and asked them to match the deal. Newp. Monday a rep came to the door and offered the EXACT SAME DEAL (that they wouldn’t give me a month ago). This is stupid. 1/2
