The PosT-sTar Tuesday, February 28, 2017 B5 1 Pastor Richard A. Hoff WESTPORT Pastor Richard A. Hoff, 67, of the Brainards Forge Road, Westport, died peacefully, Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017, at his home, under the loving care of his family and High Peaks Hospice. He was born in Glovers- ville, Sept.
18, 1949, the son of Albert and Shirley (Tyrrell) Hoff. Dick graduated from Mayfield High School in 1967 and later studied and gradu- ated from the Bible Institute of New England in 1971. Dick married the former Linda M. Grover, June 27, 1970 in Wiscasset, Maine. He enjoyed his family, friends, and church ministry with a love of preaching and leading people to the Lord for 49 years.
Left to cherish the mem- ory of Pastor Dick Hoff are, his loving wife of 47 years, Linda Hoff; three sons and daughters-in-law, Richard and Allison, Matthew and Gina, Andrew and Jeanne; and grandchil- dren, Nick, Jared, Lexi, Jacob, and Lilliana. He was predeceased by his father, Albert Hoff; and his beloved sister, Nancy McAl- lister. At request there will be no public calling hours. A celebration of his life will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, March 11, at the Word of Life Lodge, 210 Registration Way, Schroon Lake.

SOUTH GLENS FALLS Philip C. Mann 90, passed away on Feb. 25, 2017 at Glens Falls Hospital sur- rounded by his loving family. Philip was born on May 25, 1926 in Winchendon, Mas- sachusetts. He was the son of the late Chester Albert Mann and Ollie Talbot Stone.
Philip graduated from Murdock High School in 1943, joined the U.S. Navy and served overseas in the pacific area with Patrol Bombing Squadron 205 until the end of the war against Japan. Honorably discharged in May 1946, he attended Cushing Academy where he played ice hockey and prepared for college. He attended Wentworth Institute and graduated with an degree in machine construction and tool design. His football and baseball coach at Went- worth encouraged him to go to Norwich University on an athletic scholarship but he declined and decided on the University of Vermont.
While attending UVM he was house manager and president of the Delta PSI Fraternity. He graduated from UVM with a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering and would later become a licensed New York State professional engineer. After one year with the Fac- tory Insurance Association as an industrial fire inspector and three years with ALCO Products Co. in Schenectady, he went to work as a project engineer for Imperial Paper and Color Company in Glens Falls. Phil remained there for close to 30 years through the transitions of Imperial to Hercules Powder Company to the Ciba-Geigy Corpora- tion until his retirement in 1988.
For the past 13 years Phil worked side-by-side with his daughter Heidi and her husband Don who greatly valued his total devotion and commitment with building Topnotch Self-Storage in South Glens Falls. Ever the outstanding ath- lete, Phil grew up playing hockey on the frozen ponds of New England. He played football, baseball and when the ice was good, hockey for UVM. He enjoyed downhill and cross country skiing well into his 80s. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed more than 30 years membership at the Glens Falls Country Club.
He very much enjoyed attending his sporting events, the Friday Senior golf league at Bend of the River in Hadley, country line dancing and biking along the Hudson River bike path in South Glens Falls. Besides his parents; he is predeceased by his adoring big sister, Virginia Talbot LaDeau. He leaves behind his four children, Philip C. Mann, Jr. of Queensbury, Jeffrey D.
Mann and wife Joanne of Queensbury, Caroline H. Barber and husband C. Rich- ard of Queensbury, Heidi R. Vittengl and husband Donald of Queensbury and Naples, Florida; and twelve grandchildren, Kristina, Sa- mantha, Katelyn, Zachary, Madeline and Gabriel Mann, Jeffrey Taylor and Kylie Mann, Ada Stone, Charles and Andrew Barber. He is also survived by the chil- mother, Hildagarde Mann and his very dear friend Lorraine Birinyi.

Talmadge, 77, longtime res- ident of Greenwich, passed away suddenly Sunday, Feb. 26, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 1, 1939 in Hudson Falls to the late George and Helen Doner. Diane graduated from Hudson Falls High School in 1958 and married the love of her life Bradford Talmadge in 1959. She loved crafts, gardening and decorating cakes.
Diane was very fam- ily oriented, she loved her children and grandchildren dearly and was always proud of their accomplishments. In addition to her parents; she was predeceased by her husband of 51 years, Bradford Talmadge in 2010. Mabb QUEENSBURY Dona L. Mabb, 78, of Upper Sherman Avenue, passed away quietly at home with her family on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017. Born on May 10, 1938, in Glens Falls, she was the daughter of the late James and Addie (Duell) Moses. On Dec.
31, 1988, she was united in marriage to George M. Mabb, Sr. at their home on Upper Sherman Ave- nue in Queensbury. George passed away on Jan. 9, 2009, after 20 years of marriage.
Dona worked at the Troy Shirt Factory for several years as a seamstress and was then employed as a aide at Eden Park, where she loved caring for people. Dona was known by her family, friends, and even strangers, to show love un- conditionally. She was a member of St. Church in Glens Falls. Faith was very im- portant to Dona.
She en- joyed gardening in the spring. Every Christmas, Dona crocheted blankets, hats, and sweaters and gave them to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a fabulous cook and worked marvels at any- thing she put her hands on. She was a beautiful artist, painting wooden lawn or- naments, pictures, and most of all loved coloring with her babies. Dona was always happy, no matter what the situation.
She could turn a bad day into a great day. Dona judge people, she felt that was job, and accepted anyone. She will be remembered for be- ing a giving, loving, and car- ing person who opened her door to everyone. In addition to her hus- band, George and parents; Dona was predeceased by her first husband, Robert Blackmer; her grandson, Douglas Bailiff; and her seven brothers and sisters. Reynolds, formerly of Boynton Beach, Florida passed away suddenly at Saratoga Hospital on Sun- day, Feb. 26, 2017. She was 97 years old. Born on Feb. 26, 1920 in Schenectady, she was the daughter of the late James Conlin and Eleanor Coniff Conlin.
Mary worked for many years as an executive assis- tant to the CEO of General Electric in Schenectady, and later moved into an accounting role within ac- counts receivable in GE until her retirement in 1981. She married her husband Howard C. Reynolds on March 8, 1941 and the two of them lived in the Sche- nectady area until their re- tirements and later moved to Florida. Howard passed away on April 8, 1996. Mrs.
Reynolds lived for many years in Florida, re- turning to Saratoga Springs, in 2016 to be near her fam- ily. She loved to dance and would often frequent many of the local dance estab- lishments in both Florida and New York. Her greatest love and enjoyment came from spending time with her husband and family at their cottage in Lake George in the South Beach Associ- ation. She had a remarkable sense of humor which was enjoyed by all who knew her. Survivors include three daughters, Kathleen A Du- ell and her husband Norman of Lake George, Marjorie J.
Quinn and her husband Ed- ward of Saratoga Springs, and Janet M. Ostrander and her husband Gerald of Sara- toga Springs; six grandchil- dren, Stephen Duell, Pa- mela J. Gordon (Joel), Dawn Frank (Robert), David Quinn (Sarah), Dana Bush (Rick), and Timothy Ostrander (Elizabeth); ten great grand- children, Bobby, Brendon, Lindsey, Joseph, Thomas, Molly, Ryan, Emily, William and a baby on the way. com. Jeanne M. (Paul) Orleman QUEENSBURY Jeanne M. (Paul) Orleman, 67, passed away peacefully on Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017 at Glens Falls Hospital after a brief illness, surrounded by her loving family.
The daughter of the late George Paul and Loretta Noble, she was born in Glens Falls on Sept. 2, 1949 and grew up in Queensbury. She graduated from Queensbury High School. She married Mark Orle- man in 1975 and they had two daughters. They later di- vorced but remained friends.
Her family was very im- portant to her and she al- ways loved getting together and spending quality time together, even if it was the simplest of things. She was especially proud of her grandchildren and always looked forward to the next time she would see or speak with them. She also enjoyed spending time reading and solving puzzles. She was a long standing member of the Glens Falls congregation of Witnesses. Survivors include her two daughters and two grand- children; Heidi and her hus- band, Eric Williams, Nich- ole and her husband, Brian Shuler and their two chil- dren, Aiden and Nora.
Jeanne is also survived by three sisters, Lina Rozell, Georgia Bennett and De- nise Tatro and her husband, Malcolm; one brother, Peter Paul and his wife, Nancy; her cousins, Dorothea Eggleston and others. Many nieces and nephews inclulde Pam Weivoda, Angie Willis, The- resa Bennett, Lisa Bennett, Tammy Bennett, Jennifer Santiago, Sue Paul, Jessica Paul, Jeremy Paul, Chad Orleman, Chris Orleman, Travis Tatro, Brian Bennett, Kyle Orleman, Kragen Orle- man, PJ Orleman and Morgan Orleman. She was predeceased by her parents and her nephew, Keith Tatro. Jeanne was loved by all who met her. She always had a smile on her face and a kind word for anyone she came across.
She was the type of woman that would give anything to someone if she thought they needed it. She was a great example for all those in her life. She will be missed immensely every- day. We know if she could she would have stayed with us, but sadly her body would not allow that. Calling hours will be from 3 to 4 p.m.

Ronald J. Zollinger Jr. FORT EDWARD Ron- ald J. Zollinger 55, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017 at Albany Medical Cen- ter.
Born July 17, 1961 in Glens Falls, he was the son of Su- sanJane (Cimo) Zollinger and the late Ronald J. Zollinger Sr. Ronald graduated from Mont Pleasant High School in Schenectady. From a very young age he loved to cook, especially at his fish fry, An- chors. He was a hard worker all his life, and loved to make people laugh.
He was a Miami Dolphins fan and particularly enjoyed NASCAR. Most of all, Ron will be remembered for being a loving father and his complete devotion to his children. In addition to his father; Ron was predeceased by his uncle Ronald J. Cimo; his aunt Linda G. Cimo; and special friend and cousin William J.
Cimo. Left to cherish his memory are his mother, SusanJane Zollinger; his daughter, Sadie Mae Zollinger; his son, Sam Zollinger and their mother Carol Sims; his brother Daniel J. Manning SILVER BAY Deborah A. Manning, 56, of Silver Bay, passed away on Monday, Feb. 27, 2017, at the Glens Falls Hospital. Born in Ticonderoga, Nov. 17, 1960, she was the daughter of the late Martha (Wallace) Fitzgerald and Martin H.
Fitzgerald, who survives her, of Silver Bay. Deborah lived in Sabbath Day Point on Lake George all of her life. She was a graduate of Hague High School, and served as town clerk of Hague for 23 years. She was pre-deceased by her mother, Martha Fitz- gerald on Nov. 14, 2007, and by her husband Michael C.
Manning on Dec. 1, 2009. In addition to her father, Martin H. Fitzgerald; she is also survived by her two children, Kaley A. Manning and Karney M.
Manning; her brother, Martin H. Fitz- gerald II and his wife, Heidi; and her two nephews, Nich- olas Fitzgerald and Michael Fitzgerald, all of Silver Bay; and her mother-in-law, Mary Manning of Ticond- eroga.
