It's not a bad school, I love how small the classes can be cause for me it makes it easier to learn. The food could be better in all honesty the same thing every day and you soon get tired of the other places on campus. But there are a lot of ways to get involved around school and meet new people all the time.

I love the small school atmosphere. I know my professors on a personal level and because of that there is so much understanding when it comes to life's inevitable ups and downs. I am someone who didn't know if they could afford college, and UNCP made it affordable without cutting down on quality. (Except for the food.... sorry, but it's terrible)

Small school, but has a ridiculous amount of opportunities if you take advantage of them. Sports teams are pretty good. Cafeteria isn't terrible. Professors are cool if you aren't an A hole.

Awful. If you are into living life like a total piece of sh*t then come to pembroke. Nothing more than lowlifes and drug dealers here. The people who love it are use to living life like this. Do not come to school here if you have any common use of manners.

There’s nothing to do here. Lots of social clubs on campus and ways to interact but other than that there’s nothing. I’ve never felt more unsafe than I do here. If you have an actual safety situation there’s so many hoops you have to jump through to actually have something done about it. Do not recommend at all.

College is definitely what you make of it. As a transfer I would not recommended coming here if you want a good College experience. There is nothing to do in Pembroke and job opportunities are slack. Leave while you have the chance.

Its in the middle of know where not a lot of opportunities out of school. The school is small to medium size, the teachers, faculty and students are nice. The want to see you succeed and on Friday its chicken Friday and its the best chicken u will ever taste.

Worst of the worst of the worst . Located in the middle of nowhere. So alienated from the outside world. Feels like its coming to a different planet or realm. Primitive man and caveman sort of a setting. Gosh wish this university can be moved to a town setting. You come here you get disconnected from the worldguaranteed!
