@VodafoneUK I am having a complete nightmare. SIM card suddenly malfunctioned. You’ve sent me a new one but I can’t get through security to set it up. Mostly because you insist on sending me a code by text - but I can’t receive texts with a broken SIM card. 🙄Please help.

@VodafoneUK disgrace of a company paying for a device that doesn't work properly I'm not sending it off for repair and going without a phone shame on you I'm moving all of my lines to @O2 a lot better then @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK Thanks Karla. When the original screen started to go berserk, it was in the middle of the first lock down. I intended to send it off to get it repaired, but nobody went to work as it was an "everybody in" instruction. So frustrating it was, I repaired it myself.

@virginmedia @virginmedia I still have no service and unable to make and receive calls I made another call to 151 still no luck service has got worse normally by 4pm I have service non yet ill be moving to @VodafoneUK as theres no issues with them in my area there customer service is amazing

Is there a problem with the @VodafoneUK app? I keep getting error 4300. And to think I was considering using it to order an upgrade!

@O2 you are as an organisation possibly the worst most incompetent, disorganised shambles of an excuse of a company I have ever come across and at this point are making @VodafoneUK look professional and trust me I wouldn’t trust them to make a cup of tea
