It takes 2 hours 50 minutes to drive the 129 miles from Frankfurt to Stuttgart.

  1. Leave the car rental car park at Am Hauptbahnhof (the Central station).
  2. Head north-west on Am Hauptbahnhof/B44 towards Taunusstraße
  3. Follow signs for B44/B8.
  4. Keep left to continue on A648, follow signs for Messe/Wiesbaden/F-Höchst/Frankf.Kreuz/Kassel/Flughafen.
  5. At junction 3-Kreuz Westkreuz Frankfurt, follow signs for A5 towards Basel/Hannover/Dortmund.
  6. Merge onto A5.
  7. At junction 46-Dreieck Karlsruhe, follow signs for A8 towards München/Stuttgart/Pforzheim.
  8. Take exit 49-Dreieck Leonberg for A81 and follow signs for Leonberg.
  9. Keep right to continue on Exits 50-Leonberg-Ost.
  10. Turn right onto L1187.
  11. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Magstadter Street.
  12. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto B14.
  13. Arrive in Stuttgart.

How to get from Frankfurt to Heidelberg

Heidelberg is just a 60-minute drive from Frankfurt. Just head northwest on Am Hauptbahnhof/B44 towards Taunusstraße. Follow signs for B44/B8. Keep left to continue on A648, follow signs for Messe. At junction 3-Kreuz Westkreuz Frankfurt, follow signs for A5 towards Basel. Then follow signs for Basel/F. Kreuz and merge onto A5. Keep left to continue on A67, follow signs for Stuttgart/Mannheim. Merge onto A6 and take the exit towards A656. Follow signs for Heidelberg/A656 and merge onto A656. Arrive in Heidelberg.

Palmengarten
